Such Little Non-believers ------------------------- From: Jon Tveite My notation is pretty simplistic -- no tablature, just letters. Most of the chords in the song, as far as I can tell, are either major or neutral (I - V, neither major nor minor). This should get you started, at least. The opening pattern goes |D|E|G|G (lower voicing)|A| [repeat 3x, ending like so: |D|G9|] The riff is pretty easy. I just hold the |A| chord with my index finger and play up and down the D-string, going on to A on the G-string, and releasing the chord to hit the open B-string, along with whatever strings I happen to hit (open |G|). Then... WE'RE FIGHTING SMILING IRISH, THEY SAY THAT WE LOOK GOOD IN UNIFORM, AND MAIS OUI! |A| SO GOOD YOU COULDN'T PRY THE COLD DEAD FINGERS |D| |A| |C| OF THE DALLAS COWBOY CHEERLEADERS FREE |G| |D| |A| |C| |E| |G| WE'RE ACTION AT A DISTANCE, WE'RE FORCES THEY SAY WE'RE CUTE WHEN WE'RE MAD, AND WE ARE! |A| SO CUTE THERE'S NOT AN ANIMATION PRODUCT IN JAPAN |D| |A| |C| |G| |D| WE DON'T OUTSPARKLE BY FAR |A| |C| |E||G| DON'T TRY TO TELL ME WE WEREN'T INCHES AWAY |D| |A| |E| |A| |D|G| FROM TURNING THE TABLES AND USING WHAT USED YOU AND ME |A| |B| |D| |A| |G| COURTNEY, SUCH LITTLE NONBELIEVERS, AREN'T WE? |D| |E| |G| |A| COURTNEY, ARE YOU SURE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WERE ME? |D| |E| |G| |A| COURTNEY, I THINK WE MISSED OUR CHANCE TO BE FREE |D| |E| |G| |A| --- That's pretty much it, with a repetition of the verse / chorus pattern. The bridge is just the same chords that come when the verse stops riding on the |A|.
